Le coaching exécutif est un accompagnement structuré et confidentiel pour les dirigeants et gestionnaires. Ce n’est pas du mentorat ni de la formation : c’est un processus qui vous aide à clarifier vos priorités, développer votre posture de leadership et prendre de meilleures décisions. Les séances durent généralement 60 minutes, aux 2-3 semaines, sur un mandat de 3 à 12 mois.

Absolument. La majorité de nos mandats se font en mode hybride — séances virtuelles régulières avec des rencontres en personne pour les moments clés (kick-off, ateliers d’équipe, bilans). Nos clients sont au Québec, en Ontario et ailleurs au Canada.
