With 15+ years of experience in operational transformation, performance consulting, and analysis rooted in an IT background, Félix holds an MBA from HEC Montréal and a B.Eng. in Software Engineering from ÉTS. He also presided over the ToastMaster International public speaking club at HEC Montréal. A certified coach with a constant capacity for originality, he is passionate about relational facilitation, personal development, and complex problem-solving.
